Appointment FAQ
How do I make an appointment?
Call us at (215)558-7997 to make an appointment or with our easy-to-use online appointment request. Bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment.
Will my insurance cover my visit?
You will have to check with your insurance company for the specific coverage. We accept all insurances and offer payment plans, but contacting your insurance agent regarding your individual policy is the best way to know exactly what your copayment will be. Details regarding our financial policies may be found here.
Where can I find prices?
Depending on what care is needed, as well as the type of insurance, pricing varies. After your initial visit, our office staff can assist you in evaluating financial options.
Are the offices handicapped accessible?
All of our offices are equipped to allow access to all of our patients. We are handicapped accessible.
What will happen at my first visit?
After completing the New Patient forms, which may be printed from our website and completed in advance, you will be able to relax in our comfortable, welcoming waiting area. We have Virtual Goggles available if you would like to use them to aid in relieving any anxiety. Once we take you in for examination, you will likely have X-rays taken. You will have a thorough consultation, cleaning, and examination. If you have any particular dental issues, you will work with our caring dental team to create a treatment plan.
Can I just get a cleaning and not a full exam?
Examination every six months is essential for oral health. It is part of the examination process and allows the Doctor to note any areas of concern.
Do I have to get X-rays?
X-rays help us see any issues that are not visible to the naked eye. With them, we can check gum and bone health. Our offices are equipped with the latest in digital imaging technology that uses a small fraction of the radiation of older film X-rays.
What kind of dental care do you offer?
Your initial visit will be an evaluation. After that, our care is comprehensive. We offer all kinds of cosmetic and restorative dentistry with state-of-the art equipment. We are happy to discuss your dental concerns and needs with you to make a plan for your best smile.
Do you offer sedation?
We offer local anesthesia at the site of any procedure, as well as Nitrous Oxide if needed.
If I need to see a specialist, how do I make an appointment?
Eventually, we will have all specialists within NorthEastern Dentistry to care for patients. Until then, our professional office staff will help you make an appointment with a highly qualified specialist.
